The Bulldog

Life is still in a constant battle between being great and me feeling totally overwhelmed with emotions - I'm the kind of person who not only gets excited about new things easily, but I also get distracted super easily. Lately I've been on a jet-set destination in my mind, looking for my happiness and trying to enhance the quality of my life by going out of my comfort zone.

And then this little miracle came into my life.

On June 26th, 2015 - I brought home the best thing to ever happen to me. And she came home with me, measuring 3lbs 4oz of feisty, sleepy, joy. She could easily fit most of her body into my hand and I felt most of the worlds troubles just lift away.

And her name is Olive.

English Bulldogs have been one of my dream dogs for most of my life, from their uncoordinated ways, to slobbering jowls, oversized-webbed paws and barrel shaped bodies. It was always just a dream and when the opportunity presented itself, I had to have this hot mess. They're excellent companion animals and always want to be in the company of others. Olive filled a void for me that was ever growing.

She bites, growls, snores, farts, makes weird noises and is the best dog in the world.

She will be my companion on this blogging journey :) so expect many posts with her!
